· Opened or Used Items: Items purchased in new condition that have been opened or used are subject to a 20% processing fee.
· Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
· Used Items: Returns on used items will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
· Labor Fees: Labor fees for the installation of any product are non-refundable.
· Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns must reference an RMA, which can be obtained by contacting us first.
